hello:
when i building and lanuch my program "CSAPP.SLN" to PDA emulator,then
shrow exception at :"public DatabaseManager DbMgr = new DatabaseManager ()
";
the exception messageBox is:

Not process ¡°System.Resources. MissingManifestResou
rceException¡± type
Exception appear at: mscorlib.dll ¡£
other information: MissingManifestResou

why?how can to solve?

As it is a configuration problem of some kind, I'd suggest as a first
step running the installULNet.exe tool in the
UltraLite\UltraLite.NET\win32\utils subdirectory of your SQL Anywhere
installation to ensure that the UltraLite.NET install is all OK.
