I will start this post in this group since this is something related to mobilink.
error message:
unable to find log file error when using PB template for sync.
env:
9.0.2.2451.
pb10.0.2.7516

I am trying to synchronize all publications in a loop.
I am not running with all in one shot, the way PB sync template generator does where it passes all the publications in one command line.
I want to run each publication in individual sync instance. This will help if the sync fails it fails for one pub only & not for all.
Also I have some publications with upload & download and others with download only.
All of them have downloadack=ON.
I use -o c:\dbmlsync01.log -q mode with PB window option.
I am creating the NVO each time (otherwise issues with window class name,
memory errors are occuring, it just gpfs).
I am setting the NVO.is_publication_name = pub_1
Then I call the function to open the sync window to sync.
Unfortunately there are some timing issues in it, I am assuming but not sure.
It doesn't happens all the time.
Anyone did similiar kind of work.
There is not enought documentation on this feature in PB also.
Any help.
Any one did this and/or dbbackup from a java app?
any code samples( using JNI to call dbmlsync & dbtools), I tried on the codexchange. No luck.
thanks in advance.

You might want to ask here:
sybase.public.pocketpowerbuilder

Pocket PB was the first to introduce this and I know many people in that
group synchronize.
