Can any one help me to find out why it fails when synchronizing using PB10.0.2 sync template?
While it works when done directly from command line.

The error code 10061 maps to the following error: "No connection could be
made because the target machine actively refused it."

Can you post the same log capture for the working environment i.e., the
non-PB setup ?

The Cisco security agent had to do a little tweak on the setup value for
this executable name + port address access value to allow permission.
Thanks
