If I create a mobil link service using a database user that has no access to
the mobil link procedures and ml tables, Sybase Central will hang and so
does the mobl link server. 9.0.2.3198.

-v + -c " dsn=mydb;uid=dbuser;
pwd=apassword" -x
tcpip& #123;security=ecc_tl
s& #123;certificate=c:\
serv. crt;certificate_pass
word=password123}}

Can you start up ML using -v+ -ot ml.txt.

Then post the output just after you kill it.
