I included the command so that you knew which information to provide:

Just run dbeng9 -v, and include that output.

the informaiton i got when i wrote dbeng9 -v is 9.0.1 (1751)
and i forgot to say that i use develper edition

You should apply the 901 EBF, I believe you can with the developer edition.
