You would do it something like this (untested):

dbmlsync -c ... -e
adr=tcpip
(host=ml_host_name;n
etwork_name=RAS_dial
er_entry_name;networ
k_leave_open=0)

This is telling dbmlsync to dial using the RAS_dialer_entry_nam
e, to
disocnnect when finished and to synchronize to the ML server running at
the DNS name ml_host_name.
