Hello the question from David Fishburn in the post 'mobilink, collation
problem + connect problem' for a logfile
has been posted in that thread 2 days ago, but i didn't get any answer yet,
is that correct?
(I don't wanna be blunt :)
Thanks, Ron van der Wiele.

iAnywhere contribute as time permits, howevever if this is an urgent issue
that you require an ongoing dialogue for then you should be opening a case

| OK, as I said 'I don't wanna be blunt', i was only curious if the post was
slipped by or not.
Because 2 days before that i got plenty replies on my subject/thread (thanks
for that).
I think I got a little spoiled :)
Thanks, Ron van der Wiele

| If you don't get an answer in 24 hours, start a new thread. However,
do not just refer back to the original thread, put the diagnostic
information in the new message. And always start the message with a
simple question:
"How do I <do some thing or fix some specific problem>?"
Some of the folks that can answer your question are also busy folks,
so it's up to you to quickly catch their attention.
Also, old threads don't get much attention because other people think
it's being handled.
