9.0.1 1751
The server that created the transaction log is a different version
(capability 27 missing)

Any ideas?

tia,
chance.

That likely means that you used a higher version of dbinit than 901.1751. I
would guess this database was created with v902, and you are now trying to
use v901 dbmlsync on the database.

I hate to state it, but it sounds like you created the transaction log
with one version of SQLAnywhere and are now trying to process it with
another (i.e. dbmlsync from a different version of SQLAnywhere).
