SQL Anywhere Mobile - Invalid character data

ASA Version 8.0.3.5002 (remote/pda and consolidated)

I have a problem synchronizing, dbmlsrv quits:
Adaptive Server Anywhere MobiLink Server EXE has encountered a problem and
needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience

In the logfile is message: 'Warning: [10026] Invalid character data
encountered in upload -- using NULL'
The codepage *is* the same in remote en consolidated! (1252LATIN1)

Lofile, server and remote are below.

Has anyone an idea?

This is showing all the symptoms of a invalid upload stream being generated
on the remote. Is there any chance you can get a copy of the remote
database and sent it to us so we can see why the invalid upload stream is
being generated?
