Dbmlsync - taking too long for "processing remote transaction log"

ASA 9.0.1.2027
Remote : ASA
Consol.: Sql-server
Sync: mobilink
I have a scedualed sync taking plave every hour or so between the ASA and
the SQL-Server.
The mobilink client (dbmlsync) is reporting : "Processing remote transaction
log", and hangs (or advance slowly) for about 6 minutes.
After deleting the user and adding a new one instead, this behaviour
improves for about 2-3 syncs, but then returns again.
For the duration of the processing - the cpu is at 100%.
No helpful info is available from the v+ dbmlsync log.
The total info downloaded is 30M. (no upload scripts).
Any ideas? this causes major performance issues.

Are you downloading 30 Meg of data on each and every sync?
How long does MobiLink think the sync has taken?
You can determine this by either running the MobiLink monitor (From
Start -> Programs ...).
Or by looking in the MobiLink log (lets assume you started it with
-vcrsn -ot ml.txt) and seeing the:

And showing us those lines.
It will still be useful to see the dbmlsync output file.
I would start it with -vn -o rem.txt as a minimum and post that output as
well.
