What is the "//depot/..." line in syncora.sql?

| What is the meaning or purpose of the following line at the front of
the 9.0.2.3124 syncora.sql file?
//depot/release/901/db/mobilink/server/sql/syncora.plsql#16 -
integrate change 344266 (text)
When run, SQL-Plus gives this message:
SQL> //depot/release/901/db/mobilink/server/sql/syncora.plsql#16 -
integrate change 344266 (text)
SP2-0103: Nothing in SQL buffer to run.
As far as I can tell, syncora.sql works fine otherwise.

| Nothing to worry about. Just a leftover from the source control system that
did not get cleaned up. You can remove it.
