How do I deal with this "Internal Error" from dbmlsync?

From a dbmlsync developer:

Could you please send us the remote database and its log files?

If not, please do the following:

1. Run these commands in ISQL against the remote database:

select min(conform_sent) from sysremoteuser >& rmt.out
select min(progress) from syssync where progress is not NULL >&sync.out

2. Shutdown the remote database and run the following:

dblog remote_database_name
>log.out

3. Send us the files rmt.out, sync.out and log.out.

BTW, this internal error should not cause any problems.

Did something special happen with this remote?

Did you do anything special? Or has it been syncing successfully for
sometime and then suddenly you get this error?
