Unable to get the last synchronization status from MobiLink server

I get this error when i execute for the first time sync when it uses the
parameter last_download_time.
However, if i execute without it for the first time (that is full download
which probably should happen with the parameter also) & I execute another
publication with version script to download has parameter it works.
Any help on how to resolve this?
thanks
vsv

What is reporting this?
dbmlsrv9?
dbmlsync?

We need to see the verbose output from each of these processes.
