Author Mobilink Deployment Question

In reading the docs at...

MobiLink Administration Guide
Deploying MobiLink Applications
Deploying the MobiLink server

I see a list of files and descriptions. Do I need to
distribute every file listed there or just selected files
based on the functionality I need?

For example, I am using SQL synchronization logic. Does
that mean that I don't need any of the files in the 'Java
sychronization logic' or '.NET synchronization logic'
sections?

Thanks

Easiest thing might be to just try it.

Ok. I can do that. So with Mobilink being installed
separately from an ASA network server, that presents the
possibility of version mismatches between Mobilink and the
server. How big of a deal do you think that is?

Just ensure the MobiLink server is running a version >= the highest
client version. Doesn't matter the version of the ASA server it is
connected to. Well you know what I mean, the server version assuming it
is the same maintenance patch (ie 9.0.2) will be just fine.
