How do I solve the problem that when 9.0.2.3267 dbmlsrv9.exe is run
against a consolidated database created with 9.0.0 (1250) it complains
that ml_property is missing and shuts down?

Is it enough to run dbupgrad.exe?

It does seem to eliminate this symptom by adding ml_property (plus all
sorts of other ml_* tables), but I just want to check if there's
anything else that should be done.

Note that the 9.0.2.3267 ml_add_connection_sc
ript and
ml_add_table_script procedures DO NOT complain about this.

Yes, running dbupgrad is enough to fix this issue, as it will create the
ml_property table.
