I just realized that I asked this question some months ago. I was
advised by Ajit to sign up for the Sybase Partner program as this would
clear up whether I can distribute the drivers fast. I promptly signed
up to be a partner and the web page stated that someone will contact me
within 10 days. However, that did not happen. No one has contacted me
in the 10 days allotted or in 2-3 months since.
So I am close to shipping my app, but I still don't know whether I can
distribute OLEDB drivers. Can anyone from Sybase please state its policy
or perhaps point me to the right person to ask?
Thanks

| 1-800-8SYBASE is your first point of contact to get this kind of information.
