Connecting to forums via NEWSREADER

Hi all,

I am receiving this error (see below), when attempting to
connect via Outlook Express...is this the CORRECT NNTP
address (forums.sybase.com)?

Configuration:
Account: forums.sybase.com
Server: forums.sybase.com
Protocol: NNTP
Port: 119
Secure(SSL): 0
Code: 800ccc0e
