By definition a zombie spid is one that cannot be killed.

Reboot the ASE server.

Are you sure it's really a 'zombie'? hav eyou verified the spid isn't
rolling back a long transaction (if so, sysprocesses.physical_io is
increasing for the spid).
If it's really not doing anything than your only option is to reboot ASE.
