At first thanks Mark A.Parsons
i have add the space in th database & it works (YEAH!!!!)
now another problem =.= can i backday the database to run the system. in the
past few day some data is missing i want to add it back but how to add them
in few days ago.....

If you mean that someone went in and deleted some data ... and you want to get
this data back ... you might be able to do this. It would depend on whether or
not you've got database and transaction log dumps from the period *before* the
deletes occured; if so, you could recover your database back to a period just
before the deletes occurred. 'course, then you'll 'lose' and data that's been
added to the system since the deletes.

If you mean that you want to get back the data that was 'lost' due to having run
out of space in the database ... that data never made it into the database so,
from a Sybase/database point of view, the data couldn't be lost if it was never
put into the database. In this scenario you would have to get your users and/or
applications to resubmit their data to the database.
