sp_grantlogin help, case sensitivity issue

OS: Windows 2003 Server
ASE: 15.0 with EBF 13248

we run: sp_grantlogin BRIAN
or sp_grantlogin 'BRIAN'
or sp_grantlogin "BRIAN"

then run sp_logininfo, it always shows
Account Name: CONAME\brian
Mapped Login Name: brian

It will not add it as UpperCase (i.e., BRIAN).

Why??? And how do we fix it? We need it to be UpperCased
because we're doing Integrated Logins and the names are
case-sensitive.
