Hi,

After the change in GNUMakefile.in yesterday, I'd suggest an RC2 for
today, so that everyone can do the last testing.

I don't think that a documentation build problem on one platform
warrants another RC. We have the same problem as the main PG project.
People who did not test RC1 will not test RC2 ... they wait for the
release. All that was changed since RC1 was doc related, so I would just
go for the release and do whatever pops up now in 1.1.1.
