there is a bug in cleanupevent() function. while cleanup do not cleans
events from last 10 minutes, it looks like it converts timestamps to hour:minutes first, because event date is ignored when doing comparsion.

after cleaning one week of events i have noticed that some days old events
withing 10 minutes time frame was not cleaned.

for 1.1.1 would be nice idea to lower default debug level of slon to at least -d1.
