[Resent as the orginal seems to have been lost in the queue]

The attached patch allows the ducttape tests to be run in an
Msys environment on Win32. The following changes were required:

- xterm is replaced with /bin/rxvt on win32 only as there is
no xterm in Msys by default.

- The path to 'which' is hardcoded on win32 only, to prevent
accidental use of a second (broken) version supplied with Mingw.

- Use psql's -o option to output data dumps to files in
compare_pgbench_dump
s. This avoids using the pager which is
likely to be C:\windows\System32\
more.com on Win32 and cannot
handle more than 8MB of data at once.

To apply this patch, apply the patch itself as normal, and
then rename "src/ducctape/test_*" to "src/ducctape/test_*.in"

Please apply to CVS.

I'll apply this patch as is stands even though it's lessthan optimal for the
non win32 clients since the whole testing framework will be scrapped and
replaced at some point in the nearish future.

Oh yes, agreed. I have every intention of helping ensure the new test
suite runs on Windows as well when it's ready (provided you want my help
of course!).
