Hi,

I've just tried to use slonik_create_set from the 1.1.0 release and
found a bug. When it is creating commands for the entries in
KEYEDTABLES it is missing a comma in the output. This causes the
set add table to be rejected.

The attached patch fixes this and makes the whitespace in the output a
bit more consistent.
