by test I find slony1-1.0.6 no chinese handle question.

but slony 1.1.0 have chinese handle question .

be eager to hope resolve this question. hope better version slonyI release . wait for it in urgency , urgency !

I noticed that my patch to src/backend/slony1_funcs.c to fix
quote_literal for multibyte characters did not get into the
REL_1_1_STABLE branch. It probably should be checked in to the
maintenance branch.
