Slony1;1.0.6 is it supported on Windows 2000 or XP?

No. Windows support is scheduled for 1.2.

Note that current CVS has initial support for Windows in it. But you'd
be testing code, not deploying it with that version. That would allow
you to be ready though when slony releases with official windows
support.
