Author missing css in prebuild docs

Hello,

I've just downloaded
http://developer.postgresql.org/~wi....5-docs.tar.bz2
and all html files try to load a "stylesheet.css" which is not present
in this archive.

Obviously that should go into the release checklist. There is a
stylesheet in CVS in ~/docs/adminguide; you can use that.
