IQ Server - Now problem with MS Access??

Now problem with MS Access??

I try to create a remote server to a access file:

CREATE SERVER test_access
CLASS 'odbc'
USING 'odbc_test'

But where I use the Forward to I get an odbc error
'Unable to connect to server 'test_access' [Microsoft][ODBC
Microsoft Access Driver] System resource exceeded'
The access file is close and any one else is connected to
it, I've test the odbc with other application and work
fine....

What's is wrong, I'm kind of desperate with this..
Any Help?
