I have a sysbase IQ database and I need to be able to access
a table stored in a SQL server database can someone please
point me in the right direction

Take a look to the chapter 15 of the administration an
performance Guide, you must to create a server pointing to
sql server and then a proxy table. The command are very
simple but I'm tested with MS access and Oracle and with
both i getting a lot of trouble..
