I have IQ 12.6 on Linux, I want to create a remote server
that points to MSSQL2000 on windows and ASE12.5 on windows
inside my IQ, I was able to make a remote server that points
to an ASA9 instance but I couldn't do it with ASE and MSSQL.

I tried ASA9 on linux and created a remote server that
points to ASE and I did it in a breeze...

I read the Release Bulletin of IQ12.6 on linux and I found
out that this is not possible with IQ on Linux

Is there a work around?

regards,
