Error while loading table in Sybase IQ 12.5

We are trying to extract table on to a text file and load it
back in using extract and load in sybase 12.5 using isql.
Though both are working fine and loading data but we are
getting " Integrity Constraint Violations".
Is there any dta change happening ?
Is it becaue of some default setting ?
How to get rid of this issue ?

Check for Triggers, Primary and Foreign Keys in your source
table.
