Sybase output question

I am running the following query on the demo database on a
sybase 12.6 server.

select emp_fname from employee; OUTPUT TO jay.html format
HTML;

This query outputs the information appropriatley to the HTML
file. However I would like to add comments into the html
file during this process. Basically I want to add text in
the HTML explaining that this is the query I am running
etc... Is there any way to possibly do this? I have
included what my output looks like and another example of
what I would like it to look like. Any help would be
greatly appreciated.
