I have set classpath:
C:\Program Files\Sybase\EAServe
r\PowerBuilder\msbas
e.jar;C:\Program
Files\Sybase\EAServe
r\PowerBuilder\mssql
server.jar;C:\Program
Files\Sybase\EAServe
r\PowerBuilder\msuti
l.jar

error log as follows:
com.sybase.jaguar.util.JException: Error: Connection cache for server
jdbc:microsoft:sqlse
rver:// yoyo:1433;DatabaseNa
me=Young123 does not exist.
at com.sybase.jaguar.jcm.JCM.getCache(JCM.java:945)
at com.sybase.jaguar.jcm.jcmPingImpl. getCache(jcmPingImpl
.java:138)
at com.sybase.jaguar.jcm.jcmPingImpl.ping(jcmPingImpl.java:104)
at
com.sybase.jaguar.jcm._sk_Jaguar_JCMPing. invoke(_sk_Jaguar_JC
MPing.java:55)

Any reponse is appreciated.

You have to have JDBC classes in BOOTCLASSPATH, not CLASSPATH.
