| What it the connection pool timeout on EAS 4.2.1, if any?

| Timeouts are controlled by the server, not the cache. The cache will
hold on to a connection for life.

| For EAServer 4.x connections are held for life
For EAServer 5.x there are some additional settings that one can use for
managing connection caches. Look at the manuals for details.

| Although we have new settings in EAS 5.0 for connection cache lifetimes,
it doesn't always work. I don't suggest you depend on it for cache
timeouts.
