Author JVM options being truncated

Does anybody know if there is a way other than the property
com.sybase.jaguar.server.jvm.options property. We have the problem that
after 1000 characters it isnt taking any more. We use this property for
some other system configuration stuff and now am trying to configure the
garbage collection but we dont have enough space for all the options we
want to specify.

It's a hard limit of the property. Changing it would be a feature
request. I suggest contacting Sybase Tech support, and ask them to file
it as an enhancement.
