OK, Answering my own question again ...
YES - it does work with EAS 5.2. The only thing you have to be cognizant
of is that the you have to install the Jaws servlet under the "Installed Web
Applications" => "EASDefault". In the previous releases, JAWS would be
installed under the "Installed Servlet" section.
Note: After JAWS is now registered as a Web Application, you have to
modify the "EASDefault" web application (where JAWS resides) to map back to
the Servlet via the URL String being presented. The Servlet/JSP mapping
can be found in the properties of "EASDefault".

| I get the feeling from the responses to this question that Jaws is not used
much or recommended. We still use it in our application that we converted a
long time ago from web.pb. It has always seemed to work fine. Why does
Jaws get so little respect???

| I'd agree that JAWS is not used much. It's been years since I've heard the
acronym (Jaguar Agent for Web Services), JAWS was an interim way of bringing
Web.PB applications into EAServer. I used Web.PB for about 3 years until
2001, but never heard of anyone else using it. Since then more widely
accepted methods have matured for bringing content to the Web. You'll have
to decide whether they're better for your situation or not.

| Brad;
This is a Web.PB application that was adjusted to use Jaws and the HTML was
moved out to JSP's. However, the new EAS has performance and stability items
that can be used immediately. In the long term, I would see this application
move to IIs (ASP.net) and call the EAS PB NVUOs using IIOP.
