JAR Hot Deployment PB components - File locking

Because of file locking by (active/pooled) PB components in EAS, I am
often not able to perform a hot deployment of a package (with a Jaguar
JAR). Error : "Cannot complete 'Import' of 'C:\Temp\MyAppPack.jar'.

Files\Sybase\EAServe
r\Reposito_ry\Compon
ent\MyAppPack\nv_tes
t_\C22\test.pbd.tmp
: C:\Program

When deploying a package with a components with all different 'pb.cookie'
properties, it works fine.
Is there a way around this (other than redeploying every component from
the PB IDE) i.e. using ant/jagant ?

EAS 4.1.3
