Run-time error

I have Microsoft Access 2003. I am working through some of the exercises in
the Wrox book Beginning Access 2003 VBA. I have created a small table and
a form, which I am binding to the fields in the table in the Form Load
event. When I try to open the form in Form View, I am getting the following
error message:

Run-time error '-2147467259 (80004005) The database has been placed in a
state by user 'Admin' on machine 'MAINMACHINE' that prevents it from being
opened or locked.'

I have searched the Knowledge Base, and found numerous examples of this
error number, but none that seemed to apply. Any information about how to
resolve this error would be MUCH appreciated!
