Will Access 2003 open and run A97 mde files?

I was wondering if Access 2003 would open and run
A97 mde's and if there were any incompatibilities between
VBA code in A97 that I should be aware of before
distributing A97 apps to persons running 2003?

No. 2003 (and 2002) can run a 2000 MDE but not a 97 MDE.
