MS Access data conversion - App closes w/o warning or error

App closes w/o warning or error

I have converted an A97 app to A2003. The converted app seems to be working
as expected for the most part, but there are two forms that cause Access 2003
to shut down without warning and without any error message. As soon as the
command DoCmd.OpenForm "frmMain" is executed, the app closes. The OnOpen
event does not trigger. frmMain does not exhibit this behavior in the A97
version of the application. The 100 or so other forms doe not cause Access
2003 to terminate either.

Any suggestions or ideas would be appreciated.
