Importing OE Files and Address Book from Windows98 to XP

Hi There,

We have just upgraded our computer system & have been transferring files
from the old Windows 98 to the new XP. I haven't beeen able to successfully
import the OE files or address book. Can anyone please advise me on how to
do this?

Does this have anything to do with Microsoft Access, the newsgroup you posted
to?
