Memo Field Truncated on asp page

I have a web application that is supposed to display a memo field. It
dispalys in asp but is truncated at 255 characters. Any code so that it will
display the whole memo field or am I stuck with the 255 limit. Seems like I
worked around this issue about 5 years back but can't remember (old age).

Are you using a query to produce the data being displayed?
