MS Access and Internet - cannot bring up the msn messenger window

cannot bring up the msn messenger window

for the past month or so in order to send an instant message with msn
messenger i have had to right click on the icon in the quick launch tool bar
and click on send instant message option. I decided to try and un install and
reinstall it to fix the problem(i have tried this many times before), but no
after i have reinstalled it i cannot even right click to sign on the way i
had to before.. I am currently using 7.5 but the problem started before 7.0

I'd suggest asking this in a newsgroup related to MSN Messenger.

This newsgroup is for questions about interacting with the internet using
Access, the database product that's part of Office Professional.
