Everytime i start my IE the first time i get is The page can not be
displayed and when i do the refresh for a few times the site will come out,
I dont know what is the problem ... Can anyone help me to solve my problem
please...Thanks.

I already saw the setup at the internet options at the LAN setting and there
are no checked sign in every choices as the instructions told me to do.

I'm using Chello internet provider with cable modem and wireless router
3com.
