New record via a Data Access Page

What I would like is to open a Data Access Page (via IE6 and Access 2002)
and for it to go straight to a new record, can anyone please help.

I have now resolved the problem by Right clicking on the DAP; Select "Page
Properties". In the Page Properties dialog, click on the "Data" tab. Select
"Data Entry = True".
