Author Capture Audio File From Web Page!

Using Internet Explorer, is there a way to capture an audio file that is
embedded in a Web page and plays when the Web page is viewed?

I know that I used to do it when I was using Netscape back in the olden
days -- like a few weeks ago -- but I've forgotten how. As I recall, the
audio file would end up on the hard drive in some folder associated with
Netscape.

Would appreciate any help.
