Persistant Problem

| After removing several viruses, DSL will not come back up to go online. The
icons show that it is sending and recieving a few packets of data (very
few), but it will not connect to Internet. I have had this happen on several
computers. When I try to make a new connection, the items are grayed out in
the Connection Wizard.
Can anyone tell me what files I need to reinstall for Networking (and how
to get them back). I am sure the virus removal has removed, replaced or
renamed some of the needed files for connecting to DSL.
This problem seems to affect Windows XP (all versions) more that Windows
98 or WinME.
Any help Appreciated

| You stand a much better chance of getting an answer if you post to a more
appropriate newsgroup, one related to whatever operating system(s) is
involved.
This newsgroup is for questions about interacting with the internet using
Access, the database product that's part of Office Professional.
