I have a survey application. How easy is it to convert to
a web application?

Eric,

You can't really "convert" it at all. You can keep your data tables
intact, but Access UI elements do not work (nor are they meant to) in a
browser. You would need to rebuild the application in a suitable
environment, for example ASP. I guess you could also look into DAPs
(Data Access Pages) in Access, although the general wisdom is that this
approach is really only suitable in an Intranet.

For survey applications I would look at packages. Lots of packages out
there to produce
web based surveys.

Otherwise just use asp code to interact with your access table(s).
