Problem with Internet Options

I have never used Outlook Express before, but recently my pc was infected
with some virus.I can not change my homepage settings as that tabe in the
internet options is gone.
Also, when I try to open some site like microsft, a page opens which
is this http://freeyaho.com/. with massage 911+Guestbook.I tried to find the
virus file that is C:\WINNT\csrss.exe.I am not able to delete this, I only
came to know that this infected my MS-DOS files.
I tried to delete the homepage files in the regestry also, but they come
back again.Please help me, I shall be thankful to you.
