Author Exporting a access table to a web site

I am in the process of setting up a web site. I want to allow the visitors
to query access tables. All of the instruction's I've seen tell me to to
1.) How use a form to access information that is on the server that services
my site; or
2.) How to create a new table while in the process of creating a form that
feeds information into the table.
I've gone through the help section that comes with FrontPage as well as
Front Page Step By Step, which is a pretty thick book. I can't seem to find
the answer on either source.
One other complication: I'm running a 16 bit Access 1997 program on an
older computer and FrontPage 2003 on a newer one. The two programs aren't
compatible. I will need to export the table from Access 97, if possible. I
could also transfer it to EXCEL or a tab delimited format.
